OUR TRIP TO OGDEN!
Okay yes I realize it is only 20 min drive from Bountiful, but it was a lot of fun! They had a bike race so we didn't want to get out and walk around. Besides Tony didn't want to be late for work. I am so glad we could do something together on a Saturday.
I don't why I am so goofy, but I love this sign. It reminds me of Route 66 in California and the history that is behind that. I remember a song about getting your kicks on Route 66.
I thought this was so awesome. An Egyptian theatre!

PIONEER HISTORY in OGDEN!

They have these cool painted horses all over Ogden! These were done one year to celebrate Pioneer Day!

We took a little drive into the hills and look the Mountains are literally right in their backyard!
Joy works in the Airport at HMSHost. She loves to decorate for birthdays, anniversary's with the company or any other type of parties!
The HR Dept gave Johnathan a submarine burthday card and Joy decorated his desk. He is so much fun to work with!!!

BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR NOEL!!!

Kurt, Glory and I went. Tony had to work on Labor Day! We were so sad he couldn't come but we all want to go bowling one Saturday when all of us can make it at the same time.

Okay I totally wanted to have streamers and decorate for the party but Noel just didn't want me to go all out so I just got her these balloons and some cookies for her party and she wanted a target gift card so all of us gave her that and Kurt gave her this Encore game that we used to play growing up. It is a game where you have to think of songs...It is pretty fun!

I totally didn't plan it, but I wore Red, White and Blue!
This cat was on top of the wall! Kurt held his hands out to jump to him but I didn't get this picture in time! Darn...
DATE NIGHT!

Saturday night Tony & I went to Gardener Village. It is so cute! They have these little cottages that sell all different kinds of things from home made chocolates, Quilting store, Christmas Store just to name a few. We usually spend all day here but it was fun just to come for a few hours.

The scenery is so beautiful and a lot of couples come here for their wedding photos. I just didn't want anything with snow in it since our reception in California was a Beach theme

I love how many things all over Utah you will see the beehive symbolizing "the Beehive State"

We went to the movies afterwards and the Soccor game got right as we were entering the theatre and a ton of people were walking and I yelled out the window "WHO WON?" They said the USA! This game was the USA against El Salvador to see who will be in some championships. I should have asked to type this part he would have said it better. Tony said out of the whole world they decided to have this game here!

OUR WEDDING DAY!!!
June 20, 2009
(the same day as Joy's grandparents were married in the Salt Lake City, Utah temple June 20, 1950)

We are so excited to go inside to be married!

If anyone tells you that the SLC temple rushes you through the temple because of so many wedding tell them they are wrong. Everyone made us feel like it was OUR day and it was so special! I know my Grandma was there in spirit.

This is everyone that came to the Temple! We are so lucky that so many people love us!

This is the princess pose that everyone does. Even people come in street clothes on Saturday to take a picture in here. I was really worried that I couldn't make it up here because you have to climb up there! Tony wanted this picture so bad because he grew up in Utah and that is what everyone does. So Sam was right there and he helped me get up there. What are best friends for! Then he helped Tony get up there too! So funny...

THIS ONE'S FOR THE GIRLS!

I have seen this picture in so many idea books for scrapbooking that I wanted it in my scrapbook too!

My best friend Sam! We met when I was 18 yrs right out of highschool and we hit it off right away and the rest is history...Thank you is just not enough! Sam you are the best friend anyone could have ever wished for thank you for everything!!!

My sisters Star and Glory. What can I say, my sister, my friends! You guys are awesome...
